Family Support Worker

Family Support Worker   Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (some out of hours work may be required)   Salary: £23,279.46 pro rata   To deliver an intensive support service to families who are part of the Think Family programme and who have complex needs including domestic violence, drug and alcohol use and safeguarding concerns. Working with a small caseload of families for 5-8 hours per week you will be required to work with other agencies to assess need and coordinate a family support intervention with families in their home or the community.
